1.5% : Selling Your House with Me As Your Listing Agent

For sellers, I offer a 1.5% Flat Fee, Full-Service Listing and you decide how much to pay any buyer’s agent. The usual buyer’s agent commission is 2.5-3% of the sales price. If I sell your home to a buyer who is not represented by a buyer’s agent, you will only pay the 1.5% flat fee at closing. I will handle all the paper work required to get your home from listing to closing, work with all the buyers and/or buyer’s agent, verify the buyer’s financial ability to purchase your home, help you fully understand any purchase offers you receive, work with the title company and keep you fully informed during the entire process.

1% : Buying a House with Me Representing You (Buyer's Agent)

If you’re looking to buy a house, I also offer a 1% Commission Credit to my Clients who use me as their Buyer’s Agent to purchase their new home in my market area. When you purchase a home, real estate commissions are paid by the seller. The 1% is credited at the closing of your new home. This will save you thousands of dollars on your new home purchase.
